Fully automated Surface Treatment plant (supplied by Italian company Galvo Service) for Zinc plating (5 – 20 microns) with high volume throughput. Capable of plating small parts and fasteners as well as larger items up to 1,300 x 1,000mm.
Surface Treatment plant is capable of 2 types of Zinc plating.
Alkaline Zinc plating- for details up to 2,2m²
Acid Zinc plating - for details up to 1,5m²

A new wet dye camera was installed in the ZTA. With the purchase of the new
facility, the capacity of a Painting area is increased. The possibilities of
painting larger detailes are increased.
The camera has dimensions L / W / H - 7000mm / 4000mm / 2800mm.
Height of front door 2600mm and width 3200mm.
The camera also has a diesel stove for drying.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A two component, low VOC, high solids, modified epoxy barrier coat designed to give long term
protection in a single coat application. Will continue to cure when immersed in water and has
excellent cathodic disbondment resistance.
INTENDED USES
Primarily designed for use in offshore splashzone maintenance, where its continued cure under
immersed conditions makes it ideal for coping with tidal movements and surges. May be applied to
reoxidised and slightly damp surfaces. Interzone 954 has also found extensive use in a number of
other corrosive environments including pulp and paper plants, chemical plants, jetties and sluice gates

AkzoNobel – Interpon BPP 330
Product Description
BPP 330 is a barrier protective powder primer that
is designed to give enhanced corrosion protection of mild steel and hot dip galvanized steel.
BPP 330 is a pure epoxy primer showing a high cross-linking degree and reinforced with barrier effect agents to provide the best barrier protection.
BPP 330 must be overcoated with a powder or a PU liquid topcoat.
BPP 330 could be used as holding primer with a maximum waiting delay of 1 week.

Electropolishing is an electrochemical process similar to, but the reverse of, electroplating.
The electropolishing process smooths and streamlines the microscopic surface of a stainless steel.
As a result, the surface of the metal is microscopically featureless, with not even the smallest speck of a torn surface remaining.
In electropolishing, the metal is removed ion by ion from the surface of the metal object being polished.
Electrochemistry and the fundamental principles of electrolysis replace traditional mechanical finishing techniques, including grinding, milling, blasting and buffing as the final finish.

We can offer a wide range of aluminium hard anodising variations, one of which will satisfy you particular requirements for wear resistance, corrosion protection and mechanical properties. The technology applied in ZTA is equivalent to Apticoate 300N.
Specifically, the hard anodising process gives a layer of thickness up to 50μ on aluminium twice that which is normally achievable, producing excellent thermal and electrical insulation properties. For details surface with 15 dm² .
