New lathe in ZTA

CNC Lathe; 14" x 16" (356 x 406 mm) max capacity, 1.75" (44 mm) bar, 16" (406 mm) swing, 15 hp (11.2 kW) vector drive, 6000 rpm, A2-5 spindle, 6.5" (165 mm) chuck, 12-station bolt-on turret, 15" color LCD monitor, memory lock keyswitch, USB port and rigid tapping. Standard toolholder kit included with BOT or Hybrid turret.

A new wet dye camera

A new wet dye camera was installed in the ZTA. With the purchase of the new 
facility, the capacity of a Painting area is increased. The possibilities of 
painting larger detailes are increased.
The camera has dimensions L / W / H - 7000mm / 4000mm / 2800mm.
Height of front door 2600mm and width 3200mm.
The camera also has a diesel stove for drying.

ZTA bought new Abcant

ZTA bought a new abcant from KARMET. The machine is a CNC Electric Servo Press 
and is a new generation of eco-friendly machines combining flexibility, reliability 
and high precision. CARMET's SERVALO presses provide low power consumption, 
require less maintenance and do not use hydraulic oil when operating. 
The innovative KARMET servo press is equipped with a modern sensor controller, 
a quick and precise grip of the knife and the matrix, a multi-axial backstop. 
The easy-to-use state-of-the-art control allows the operator to get perfect metal 
details. Up to 50% energy saving, no frame distortion due to O-type design, 
precise operating results, low noise, no change in bending results even after a 
long period of operation.

New Software in ZTA

ZTA bought new software - Solidworks.
SOLIDWORKS® Standard delivers robust 3D design capabilities, performance, and ease-of-use. Not only can you create fully detailed parts, assemblies, and production-level drawings, but you can access all the tools required to generate complex surfaces, sheet metal flat patterns, and structural welded assemblies. SOLIDWORKS Standard also includes wizards to automate designs, perform stress analysis, and determine the environmental impact of components.

ZTA bought new punching machine TRUMPF TruPunch 1000

A new TRUMPF TruPunch 1000 punching machine was delivered at the beginning of December 2017 in the ZTA.

This doubles the capacity of the Punching section. The new machine also increases the quality of the manufactured parts.

It achieves much higher accuracy and increases productivity. The main objective of the ZTA is to meet the high requirements and deadlines of our customers and to continue to prove itself as a reliable partner.
