Career day

For a seventh year in a row, Career Day met with students from the Southwest University "Neofit Rilski" in Blagoevgrad with employers who offer opportunities for internships and professional development of young people. This year's forum, which took place on the Day of Europe, was also dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Bulgaria's membership in the European Union. Vesela Lecheva, who is a representative of the Center for Career Development at the host university, presented more than 20 companies from the public and private sectors from Southwestern Bulgaria, Sofia and Plovdiv. Its stands also featured the Employment Agency, state structures, non-governmental organizations working on national and international youth employment programs and projects and promoting employment. The main goal of Career Day is for students and young graduates to find new opportunities for realization in the labor market, to satisfy their desire for professional realization, and employers to meet with their potential trainees and staff.
