Organizational Innovations for Small and Medium Enterprises

A training seminar on "Organizational Innovations for Small and Medium Enterprises" was held on 14 and 15 July. ZTA had its representative in the name of Mr. Plamen Balev.The event is organized as part of the activities of the project "Increasing the Competitiveness of SMEs in the Cross-Border Region by Promoting and Promoting Non-Technological Innovations".
The seminar is organized by BICC - Sandanski with the financial support of the European Union through INTERREG - IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program Bulgaria -Macedonia. The seminar aims to present to the participants (representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises) the essence and meaning of non-technological innovation as a way to better develop their business.
Modern approaches and techniques in the innovative process and current business models for organizational development - reengineering, design of work systems, implementation of various management systems including human resources and quality will be presented. It envisages presenting the opportunities for financing different innovations through European financial mechanisms and funds.
