Management in the person of the Executive Director formally declares its POLICY ON QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT, which is announced, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization and is based on the following principles:
- Enhancing the competitiveness and quality of products.
- Satisfying current and future customer requirements.
- Improving the day-to-day activities of the processes through the Quality Management System and the Environment.
- Motivation of all employees for high quality work and inner attitude for improvements in everyday work.
- Increase investment in production.
- Compliance with applicable regulatory and other requirements related to the environmental aspects.
- Increase nomenclature and production volume.
- Putting reasonable, achievable and economically secured environmental goals and tasks with care for the cost of raw materials, auxiliary materials, energy and water in our business;
- Prevention of environmental pollution.
- Continuous improvement of the management system and environmental performance.
- Implementation of the Policy at all organizational levels.
For the effective implementation of the Policy, the Management defines the following main objectives:
- Save existing customers and search for new ones.
- Increase business profits.
- Maintenance and upgrading of the Embedded and Certified Management System at the factory.
- Protection of water, soil and air.
- Appropriate waste recovery and disposal operations.
- Maintaining a consistent quality level and limiting complaints.
- Effective use of available material, human and financial resources.
- Improving the technological processes by acquiring new equipment and equipment.
- Systematically conducting training to improve staff qualifications.
